THE SOUTH MOUNTBLOXIAN CODE Section 1----------- 1. The Monarch (Duke/Duchess) shall be the leader of the state. 2. The Monarch shall be the supreme legislative, executive, and judicial body. Section 2----------- 1. The flag of the state shall be a grey flag with a brown, Nordic style cross over it, with a brown & grey colored circle over the cross, a brown bar on the right side, and a light grey canton. 2. The national animal shall be the Klappar from 3008. 3. The national dish shall be bred (not bread, bred). Section 3----------- 1. There shall be no killing or maming. 2. There shall be no theft. 3. There shall be no destruction of buildings without the permission of their owners. 4. The government reserves the right to violate the articles in this section as part of a punishment for comitting a crime, or as part of warfare, if the battle in question calls for it. Section 4----------- 1. All citizens have the right to a stable food source. 2. All citizens have the right to freedom of religion. 3. All citizens have the right to cross the nation's borders. 4. Colonies are autonomous sections of South Mountbloxian lands that are disconnected from our mainland. 2. Colonies may be declared by the Monarch in any lands across Minecraft & Roblox. Section 2----------- 1. Each colony shall be lead by a Governor-General appointed by the Monarch. 2. The Governor-General will have legislative and directorial powers in their colonies. 3. Any of the Governor-Generals doings that contradict national laws may not be enforced. 4. The South Mountbloxian Military shall be the armed forces of the nation. 2. The military shall be commanded by the Commander-in-Chief, who is appointed by the Monarch. Section 2----------- 1. It shall be split into 2 branches, the Army, and the Navy. 2. The Army shall be used and trained for battles that take place on land. 3. Likewise, the Navy shall be used and trained for battles that take place on bodies of water. Section 3----------- 1. All South Mountbloxians at or over the age of 10 may enlist in the military. 2. The military may not force any citizens to join against their will, including any form of conscription. Section 4----------- 1. The military may never be used against fellow South Mountbloxians, except for during potential insurgencies that may endanger citizens not involved. 2. Section 2 of the South Mountbloxian Code is to be repealed. 2. The national flag of the nation shall be blue with a white Mountbloxian-style cross and a red canton. 3. The national currency of the nation shall be Cobblestone, specifically in it's block form. 6. THE CODE OF CONDUCT Section 1----------- 1. Intentionally causing someone to lose health or die shall be illegal. 2. Possessing property not purchased by, made by, harvested by, or given to the current holder shall be illegal. 3. Intentionally entering land owned by another without their permission shall be illegal. 4. Intentionally causing damage to the property of another without their permission shall be illegal. Section 2----------- 1. The possession of TNT without a special Explosives Permit, given out by the Monarch, is illegal. 2. Explosive Permits must be renewed yearly or they will be considered void. 3. THE SOUTH MOUNTBLOXIAN POLICE DEPARTMENT Section 1----------- 1. The South Mountbloxian Police Department is the official police force of the nation. 2. The S.M.P.D. will be in charge of apprehending those accused of crimes, and keeping them in their custody until their trial ends. 3. The Heir Apparent (Crown Prince/Crown Princess) will be appointed by the Monarch. 2. The Heir Apparent will become Monarch in the event that the Monarch dies in office or resigns. 3.
